Your Voice, Your Choice: Women’s Health Week 2024
Help put the spotlight on women’s health this September. Women’s Health Week, hosted by the Jean Hailes Foundation, is Australia’s largest annual campaign focused on the health and wellbeing of women, girls and AFAB (assigned female at birth) people.
Held from 2 to 6 September, there’s plenty of great ways for businesses, schools and communities to get involved, including hosting and attending guest talks, workshops and other events.
Your voice. Your choice
This year’s theme is ‘Your voice. Your choice’. We all have a role to play in empowering women to use their voice when it comes to their health. Courageous conversations about hormonal changes, trusting your gut on nutrition, overcoming shame and stigma and finding your own point of difference on parenting challenges. These are just some of the important points to touch on during this week.
