I get to meet a lot of hard working, passionate people in my field of work, and there are few that match the sheer force of will that is Andi Lucas.

In 2022, we launched a project that celebrated women across Tasmania - women who lead, women in their communities, and women supporting other women - and we were proud to have Andi feature as part of the project and speak at the launch of the event.

Her work is inspiring, her enthusiasm is catching, and the twinkle in her eye as she holds the attention of a room full of people is completely delightful. If you have the opportunity to hear from Andi, I recommend you take it.

Andi Lucas is a remarkable person. From personal catastrophe she went on to found X‐Hemp, despite initial Government and industry resistance, and continues to grow the all‐women enterprise with incredible vigour.
