    Sarah often begins her session with LIVE speed painting whilst talking and introducing herself to the audience. (Or she can paint to music when copyrights allow and then converse with the audience.) She can also use 10 minutes for this process and have the audience participate (particularly when families are invited to tune in) using whatever materials they have at home to create the piece with her.
    This is followed by an inspirational keynote. Her most popular message has been on inspiring her listeners to tap into their own creativity and resilience, through going inward and finding the answers and gold within themselves, rather than seeking external validation. Timely and practical reminders in times of confusion and chaos to be aware of self management needs before attempting to lead and manage others.
    Her message of wellbeing can also include her personal stories of overcoming mental and physical health issues after 20 years of living life in the closet (and surviving conversion therapy). When we live authentically, we release others to do the same.
  • Team building
    Team members join for 30, 45 or 60 minute intuitive art class with Sarah as she shares a fun and fantastic way to engage with your team and discover hidden talents amongst colleagues. There are two main options within this opportunity.
    Participants can use their own materials of any kind, from pencils to texters, watercolours or paints. They can purchase a kit on their own too. OR, Sarah can source kits that are booked and paid for by agency and then paid for by client.
    This of course requires extra time for shipping considerations. Sarah can also paint LIVE and do a mini inspiration keynote during the session for extra cost.
