Sir Richard Hadlee is regarded by many people as the greatest cricketing all rounder of all time.

He played international cricket for New Zealand from 1973-1990 and was the first bowler to capture 400 Test wickets, and score 3,124 runs.

Prior to his retirement Sir Richard held 3 world records (most 5 wickets in an innings (36x); most 10 wickets in a match (9x); most Test wickets (431). Sir Richard was Knighted in 1990 for Services to Cricket while still playing the game.
