A follow up note to say a heartfelt thanks for your time and for your keynote address at our “Focus” Convention on Sunday. I can’t tell you how many references from your presentation I had parroted back to me from Franchise Partners over the course of the 4 days, I lost count.  Your name came up over and over. .... A short note to thank you for the kind invitation to attend the opening of FNRE's National Convention today and to hear the Opening Address of Ray Ellis and the Keynote Speech by John Howard. It was inspiring to listen to Ray's exposition on the volatility of today's marketplace and of the dramatic impact of technology on the economy at large. I was impressed by the effort made by the FN Head Office to develop and to provide what seemed to be advanced and effective tools to the FN network to facilitate you keeping abreast of the market's requirements and ahead of your competition.
