- His mission is to help 10,000 business owners achieve personal and financial freedom, allowing them to leave a legacy for themselves and their families.
- “The Few” mindset
There are a few people on this planet who seem to achieve, conquer, and overcome whatever stands in their way. The only difference between you and "The Few" is how you think and what you believe, it isn't rocket science, it's a mindset.
- The foundational core
Business success is not a destination. To build a successful life, let alone a successful business, you must first set in place your Foundational Core. Lacking "motivation", broken decision making, poor leadership, feeling lost and directionless, never feeling successful despite seeing progress... all are indications that you are trying to build on poor business foundations.
- Leading teams to success
Why authentic self-determined leadership is the key to creating a successful team, business and a life legacy that goes beyond money. Discover the tools that will enable you to build and lead a successful team, align individuals to a common goal and empower your team with the skills to self-correct without you having to do all the work.
- Know your numbers
Why numbers are the language of business, and how to easily develop your financial literacy without financial spreadsheets taking over your life. When you become the "investor" in your business rather than just the "business owner" - you completely change the game.
We have operated for nearly 10 years and in the last 12 months, I have been looking at improving our business to ensure we are here well into the future. It’s always good to get support outside of your own knowledge and I was lucky enough to spend a day with Sean Soole to talk about how we can look internally into our businesses strengths and weaknesses to identify the areas where we can improve - like, culture, team building, management structure and finance. I highly recommend businesses of all sizes consider the upcoming Sean Soole 2 day event. It’s an opportunity to look at how you can improve your business for the long term.

We have been a Territory run and owner-operated business for 30 years and we have seen the Territory grow and prosper in that time. And, most recently we have also seen the slow and hard times - our business has not been immune to that. About 6 months ago, we were fortunate enough to be introduced to Sean Soole by another Territory based business that was going through similar difficulties to ours. Like us, that business had a huge drop in revenue and had to deal with laying off staff, left wondering what the future held. We spoke to Sean and he was able to guide us to get back on track and help us with what we needed to do. Since working with him we have seen a 35% increase in sales and a huge increase in profitability. We are now a lot more focused, calm and assured in what we are doing as a business, and on a personal level. We were able to calm down, focus and really achieve great results. The decrease in our stress levels has provided a big improvement in our personal lives and in our business performance. I urge all of you to attend the upcoming event in Darwin. What you will learn from that event will be practical, real solutions and techniques that you can apply in your own business that will make a difference.
I can’t recommend highly enough that if you are in business in Darwin you won’t get another opportunity like this in a long time. Sean has had a great influence on how we run our business over the past 4 years and I have referred him to other businesses that have had the same impact. Sean is the real deal - He will tell you how it is.

When I contacted Sean I didn’t have 5 cents in my pocket, I knew I needed support and time had run out. The biggest issue I faced before joining the Inner Circle was running my business and doing everything myself. I struggled to deal with customers, manage HR and lacked systems within my business. I didn’t know how to say NO. Since joining the Inner Circle I have experienced a shift in my mindset. I have discovered better ways to run my business, increase revenue and improve workflow. I have learnt how to step off the tools and stay focused on the top tier of my business. My people skills have improved and I am a better Leader. I also now understand the need to be consistent, but to ask for help when I need it. We can’t be “on” all the time - sometimes you just need that person to keep you accountable and guide you back on track. I never thought I would have walked into a business program that taught me about self love, personal growth and celebrating wins. These are key lessons I carry with me everyday and changes that have impacted my personal life. I have become a better husband, a better father and a better person overall - I am proud of who I am now. The inner Circle is not just ‘another community’ it is a family. Members are supportive and actually care about each other. Because of the Inner Circle I am on track to achieving my biggest 5 - 10 year goals. I recommend Sean Soole’s Inner Circle to any person who wants to live their purpose, grow as a person and achieve business success. Sean has turned my life around and I am excited about the future.
