Meshel Laurie is a comedian, author, television and radio broadcaster and board member of the Dalai Lama’s Australian organisation.

She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charitable causes through grass roots, crowd-sourcing methods. Meshel is a skilful and generous interviewer, speaking with equal confidence and poise to Hollywood superstars and everyday heroes. She has interviewed His Holiness the Dalai Lama on stage at various events around Australia since 2008, and her two popular podcasts, Australian True Crime and The Nitty Gritty Committee have reached over a million downloads.
