David Arnfield served the Port Adelaide Football club for 30 years in the SANFL and AFL, becoming one of South Australia’s most colourful personalities in the process. Holding the reigns as the head high performance manager from 1985 - 2001 and taking Port Adelaide through to the AFL in 1997, saw David’s inner sanctum involvement in 8 League premierships and rewarded with life membership of the Port Adelaide Football Club in 1996.

David takes all that he has learnt in a football club – a hard work ethic, do the preparation and perform at the highest level, just as in football, you cannot win every quarter and in business you cannot win every contract, but you stick at it – into businesses and organisations to improve team performance and organisation culture.
