Kristy Egglestone is a seasoned talent management and major events professional, joining ICMI as a Managing Consultant in 2022.

Throughout her career, Kristy has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers and commercial portfolios of some of Australia’s best-known talent. She has also held significant positions in major events, winning global tenders for sporting and cultural events at the highest level of Government internationally.

Her expertise in managing talent and fostering strong relationships has made her a sought-after figure in the talent and events industries.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kristy’s achievements extend to her athletic endeavours. She exemplifies the dedication and discipline necessary for success as a former Captain of the Australian Under 21’s Netball Team and a Gold Medallist at the 2000 World Youth Cup. Kristy has been awarded an Australian Sports Medal for her achievements and contribution to the sports industry. Her primary school rebadged one of their sports houses in recognition of her sporting achievements.

What is your greatest professional achievement?

Starting my PR firm at 22 years of age. I didn’t yet have the experience or the network, but I had this incredible steam. I was prepared to grind away and work hard to earn my reputation. I won business with huge brands like Sanitarium Weet-Bix, Bundaberg Rum, Queen of Extreme Torah Bright, and Former Undisputed Super Lightweight World Champion Kostya Tszyu. I’m still incredibly proud of how fearless I was in taking that leap.
