I’ve been involved in Customer Relationship Management/Marketing in one form or another for my entire career. It’s really given me tremendous insights into people. And that helps me make smarter business decisions.

I’ve worked across a host of internationally renowned clients, most notably Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and Lexus, where I worked in customer relations marketing managing all the below the line comms and handling event management.

I was also GM of Marketing and Commercial for Sydney Football Club, helping catapult it to the premiere brand it is today.

Deep down, I’m an entrepreneur at heart. That’s the main reason I left the corporate world to do something for me, with the freedom to create and do as much as I wanted to do. ICMI was a perfect fit for my skillset and my mindset. I was ready to buy a business, not buy a job. Now, 11 years later, I’ve got clients all over the world. And I couldn’t be happier.

Your greatest professional achievement?

I’d have to say it was at Sydney Football Club. We had a small marketing budget of $300K that I managed to stretch into $3 Million worth of service. It covered everything… reaching impossible targets for membership (which we nailed), sponsorship support, client events, running the Chairman’s Club. You name it, we did it. It was a tremendous challenge, but it also created tremendous value.

Why I love being part of the ICMI team

I love the briefs. I love the challenge. I love providing a truly value-added service and finding the perfect talent for every event. My clients come to me to come up with ideas that they’ve never even considered before. It gives me the opportunity to conjure up bespoke creative solutions to problems. That really motivates me.

As for my ICMI team, we’re more than a network, we’re a family of franchisees who all support each other. We collaborate. We work closely to achieve outcomes. And we work hard to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Typical Weekend

Hanging out with my hubby and our giant fur baby. Cooking up an amazing meal or going to a lovely restaurant.

We were impacted by a COVID-19 outbreak in South Australia that threatened to de-rail our Northern Territory based event, but the ICMI logistics team made it happen when the window of opportunity arose.

ICMI listened to our needs and were very supportive with the change of plans with dealing with the pandemic. They gave great advice and helped us secure the right talent for our event.
