I’ve spent my career working with people — building teams, growing businesses and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression. Before joining ICMI, I led a large-format retail business with a team of 60, and we were proud to be awarded Retail Store of the Year across SA, NT, TAS and ACT — a true reflection of strong customer focus and teamwork.

As Managing Consultant for South Australia and the Northern Territory, I bring that same people-first approach to events. I love listening to what clients want to achieve, understanding their audience, and matching them with talent that brings the right energy, impact and connection.

What is your greatest professional achievement?

Leading a large-format retail store, building a strong culture, employing up to 60 people, and being voted Retail Store of the Year across SA/NT/TAS/ACT.

What I love about being part of the ICMI team

The family feel, genuine support, and the challenge of matching the right talent with the right client.

What I like to do on weekends

Cooking, visiting SA wineries, relaxing with a glass (or two) of wine and catching up on stories from the grandchildren.
