I’m all about family. I come from a large one, and I’m making my own loving, chaotic, fun tribe- three kids and two big dogs so far. I thrive in a dynamic environment, and it led to many successful years in real estate and hospitality.
What is your greatest professional achievement?
Following nine great years in real estate sales, I made a total lifestyle change and immersed myself in the challenge of owning and operating my own café in Melbourne, the home of the coffee connoisseur. Between making extra hot ¾ strength oat milk lattes, I also learnt how to run the floor, a commercial kitchen and a successful small business all in one.
What do you love about being a part of the ICMI team?
It’s the family feel, with the focus on connections between people. The admin staff, consultants, clients and talent all come together to create events which inspire us, teach us and make us laugh.
What do you like to do on weekends?
On the weekends you can find me at the park or beach being dragged around by the kids and dogs. If I’m lucky I get the chance to watch sport and build my hat and sneaker collection.
