Tim’s course “Visual Leadership Lab” helped to unleash my creativity. I am more present to the different thinking that is often referred to as “Left and Right Brain thinking”, and understand the value and possibilities in finding a balance in my ways of thinking and communicating. In my work I use a lot of powerpoint and charts and graphs to communicate data with financial clients. In this workshop I’ve learned more creative tools to embed and integrate ideas and thinking into the workplace. Its helped me to see how I can shift my mindset from “I cant draw” to being confident in visual communication.
