Content Acquisitions and Partnerships Director
In my role as ARIA Awards Publicity Manager, I had the pleasure of working with Scott Tweedie at the 2014 ARIA Awards Nominations Event and at the 2014 ARIA Awards Connected By Telstra. ARIA asked Scott to host the Nominations Event at the Art Gallery Of NSW and we could not have been more pleased with what he delivered. Not only was he impeccably presented, he was also incredibly well-researched and gave the role his beautiful personal touch. Scott was also commissioned by ARIA and Telstra to host the second screen ARIA Awards experience, crashthearias.com at The Star, Sydney and Scott delivered professional and warm interviews under a lot of time pressure with the biggest names in the Australian music industry. Scott, with Delta Goodrem, also presented the ARIA Song Of The Year to 5 Seconds Of Summer at the 2014 ARIA Awards Connected By Telstra, as well as hosting the ARIA Awards David Jones Red Carpet with Montana Cox. In both of these roles Scott did an absolutely stellar job and we were ecstatic that the 2014 ARIA Awards Red Carpet coverage was up 144% from the 2013 ARIA Awards Red Carpet broadcast.I would feel very comfortable putting Scott in front of any audience, he engages the congregation whilst being very respectful to them and he brings class and style to the event. I would highly recommend Scott for any hosting/MC'ing roles, he is an absolute pleasure to do business with and his passion and enthusiasm, minus the ego, makes him one in a million in the entertainment industry.
He was such a pleasure to work with, really focused, fun... I think he has a very bright career ahead.
