    In high-risk work environments we’re often attuned to the real and obvious external hazards. For example, a lion provides a real and obvious danger point for a safari guide. But in reality, the danger comes through our relationship to that external hazard - how do we approach it (what is our intention?) and how much attention are we paying to the quality of the decisions we make?
    There are lions hiding inside - the ones which will get us in trouble - are things like complacency, assumptions, distractions, fatigue and rushing.
    Richard Field’s mission is to elevate internal awareness so that the humans in your teams go home safe.
    Richard shares his dramatic personal story of being attacked by a lion with the core message that individuals need to take personal responsibility for their own safety.
