Naureen Alam is an awarded change maker and energy leader as Group Manager of Future Low Carbon Portfolio at AGL Energy, leading a team developing clean energy generation and storage projects across Australia. She is also the Founder of AGECEI – a social enterprise for advancing gender equality in energy and climate industry.

She is passionate about to leveraging diverse thinking to operationalise innovative technology for a sustainable energy future.

In 2021, Naureen was awarded Women’s Agenda Emerging Leader in Technology, EnergyLab’s Women in Climate and Energy Fellowship and was named a finalist for Engineers Australia 2020 Young Engineer of the Year.
