The Murder Mystery is a challenging and fun activity that requires people to work effectively as a team to solve the crime. Participants are faced with challenges such as problem solving, using deduction, analysing evidence and communicating effectively.
Participants are required to:
¨ Collect and analyse forensic evidence
¨ Interview suspects
¨ Use deduction, with circumstantial evidence
¨ Identify motives
¨ Each participant has to play a character in the plot
¨ Most characters will come under suspicion at some stage in the evening.
The Suspects
There are between five and twelve teams (depending on the size of the group) and they are all suspects as they all had a motive for wanting to silence the victim.
The Hippies – are they as peace loving as they would have you believe?
The Dodgy Businessmen – could it be that they are trying to hide something about their past?
The cast of the local theatre company - what could they be trying to hide?
A bikie gang - why did they replace their mascot of a pit bull terrier with an angora rabbit?
A political party called the “Lets Party” – how are they funding their election promises.
A “Whodunit” designed for your audience and function. Why not "murder" the head of your organisation, or overthrow your competitors!
