Harvard Business School's renowned professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter has likened organisations to improvisational theatre.
Why? Because, increasingly, it is necessary to adapt organisations to form ever-changing teams that can creatively respond to dynamic environments.
This is the stuff of theatrical improvisation – often called TheatreSports.
In a fun workshop or highly interactive facilitated program delegates learn and practice improvised theatre skills. They will learn how to communicate and tackle problems differently.
All the fun of Improvised Theatre with direct applications in the workplace - Offer, Block, Run and Wimps.
Lead by Andrew Bayly, one of Australia's most successful comic improvisers and co-founder of the famous, blue-ribbon corporate entertainment act, Troupe du Jour. He has been involved in business meetings, communications and training for over a decade, in the incredibly diverse roles of compere, presenter, workshop leader, facilitator, and entertainer. Andrew has also completed an MBA, and is currently working on a PhD in organisational change, using improvised theatre as his model.
