You represent a rival faction in a Banana Republic - your goal to improve the well being of your Country and People, to help it out of a cycle of tyranny and injustice and get a few Million Dollars in to your Swiss Bank Account just incase.
Rival factions compete against each other for power, wealth and the "good of the people". To achieve their team goals the factions must work with some factions and compete with others in a country with a volatile economy and secret police.
Banana Republic is a 'free form' experiential exercise (the rules are that there are no rules!) Focusing on negotiation and communication skills in a highly competitive Team Envrionment. Ideal for Exec and Sales Teams.
