A series of fun, challenging activities drives participants to work as a team to succeed. Survivor is a fun, memorable, outside the box experience designed to heighten communication and team building.
Appealing to a large and varied audience, Survivor is an all-inclusive experience tailored to meet your objectives and outcomes, linking to key messages from the conference.
Healthy competition is encouraged, with delegates broken into tribes of 10, competing against one another to be the “Ultimate Team”. Competition quickly reaches fever pitch!
At the end of each challenge a “short straw” is drawn and one team member has to change tribes. This challenges the team dynamic when participants must quickly adapt to change and use it to their advantage.
Survivor culminates in Tribal Council where key elements of the conference and the activities are discussed, and Rob shares his unique outlook on his Survivor experiences.
