Having started work with Australia Post in 1970 as a telegram boy, he developed his direct marketing skills working with clients from all business sectors. Today, David still espouses direct marketing communication as a vital business-building tool. He has seen direct marketing evolve from mass mailings through to digital database marketing and data warehousing, central to his company’s services. But has anything really changed? Is direct mail dead? David certainly doesn’t think so!
David introduces a pragmatic approach to the frenetic use of various media tools available to businesses today. He urges all businesses, particularly small to medium enterprises to think more strategically about media.
