His background includes Editing a prominent Health Magazine and authoring 2 successful books with numerous reprints and Government endorsement. Mark Mckeon spent 18 years in the AFL, first as a Player, than as a Fitness Coach and Motivator including 5 years with the Victorian State of Origin Team. He acted as Collingwood’s Runner for over 250 games, and after turning 40 was a member of the winning team in the AFL Players Triathlon. He also takes 10 weeks holiday every year.
