Max Franchitto is the Managing Principal and Founder of MGF Consulting a Sydney (and Adelaide) based professional and financial services consulting practice. He has been developing solutions in Marketing and Service Management for organisations to help them achieve sustainable competitive advantage in their respective marketplace. His research and practical hands on experience with Top 500 companies, allow his consulting practice to focus on helping sales and marketing driven organisations link Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty and Value with Growth & Profit, within a Business- to-Business or Business- to- Consumer environment.
Max works with sales & marketing senior management and project teams within organisations, in evaluating the customers total and long-term value, while differentiating strategies to deal with “High End” and “Low End” customers and their respective economic Value. The outcome of this work allows organisations to create a close “service driven “ link between the marketing, service development & the business development functions. Max strongly believes that competitive advantage can be achieved by understanding the links between Customer knowledge, Customer economic Value and Technology.
Max’s seminars and speeches have motivated over 500 businesses, across approximately 25 industry sectors, into refocussing their efforts in maximising growth and profits via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practical strategies.
He is continuously undertaking research in “Service Management in the Services sector”. He has a Bachelors Degree (Flinders Uni SA) in Politics & Economics, an MBA (Uni of SA), majoring in Strategic Management and Marketing. He is also currently completing a Master of Legal Studies (UNSW) in Financial Services law & Corporate Governance. He is a recipient of the Macquarie University, Graduate School of Management “Brambles Management Prize” for Management Consulting & Research and has attended Harvard Business School (Boston, MA) to specialise in Service Management Strategies.
Max’s career has been dominated by Senior Management roles in Sales and Marketing within the Financial Services industry, especially Life Insurance, Funds Management and General Insurance. Max has consulted on projects with such organisations as; Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Insurance Services, Mercedes-Benz Australia, Insurance Broker Network Aust. (IBNA), Advance Funds Management (St George Bank), Charterbridge Davey (now Quantum pb), American Express Inc., Prospect Credit Union (NSW), Educom Australia, Datasafe Solutions.
