Eve played a significant role as keynote speaker in the National Career Development Week forums in making them the success that they were. She combines an interesting and original theoretical framework for looking at career planning and employability skills with judiciously selected case study material. While the content of her presentations was excellent her delivery was also second to none. She engaged her audiences perfectly using an impressive range of communication strategies, the effectiveness of which was confirmed through subsequent discussion during the rest of the forums where her ideas were frequently quoted. She displayed a capacity to adjust the program in response to audience characteristics – size, interests, time constraints – resulting in seamless, focussed, entertaining and inspiring presentations. She was also extremely easy to work with, showing a ready willingness indeed enthusiasm for getting the best possible outcomes.
