In the early years Patria Jaffries was both waitress and Marketing Director for what was our first café in Cottesloe and she was constantly challenged, exhausted, invigorated, and overwhelmed.
Meetings between nappy changes, cleaning toilets and baking cakes until 4am was to her, as her strong family up-bringing tought, “doing what needed to be done”.
What kept her going through these years? A common question asked by many, and one that is easily answered with one word –passion.
