Morry Fraid is joint Managing Director, with his brother Ruben, of Spotlight Stores Pty Ltd.
Since opening the first Spotlight Store in Malvern some 20 years ago, Morry's foresight has seen it grow to over 75 stores throughout Australia, employing over 2000 staff.
Over the last few years Spotlight Stores have expanded their wings into New Zealand and Singapore.
Spotlight Stores occupy over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space and turns over in excess of $200,000,000.
The near 20 year development from a market store selling fabrics in 1978 to a huge retail success story is an amazing achievement.
In his presentations Morry talks about how this incredible growth was achieved - mainly as a result of his philosophy on total Customer Service - both internal and external.
Aside from running his multi million dollar business, Morry is an effortless supporter of the Breaking the Cycle program and employs over seventy previously long-term unemployed youth and gives them a chance in society.
