Bob Ansett grew up in the United States and returned to Australia to start the Budget Rent a Car System in 1965. In doing so, he developed a unique organization that rapidly grew from a small two person business to a dynamic enterprise employing over 3000 people trading in 20 countries operating a fleet of 18,000 vehicles. Budget’s innovative marketing and customer service excellence was admired by many of Australia’s top businesses.

In 1986 business magazine BRW dubbed him “the entrepreneur’s entrepreneur” for he not only built a remarkable business but changed the way business looked at its employees and customers in this country. In his keynote speeches, Bob Ansett shares this experience and his business philosophies with audiences, both large and small.
