At the tender age of eight, DARREN CARR started playing with dolls to himself!
Much to his parents relief, these peculiar traits were not the result of 'too much chlorine in and talking the gene pool', but his interest in the ancient art of ventriloquism.
In 1998 Darren accepted an invitation to perform in Las Vegas at the "International Ventriloquists Association" convention at which he received hearty adulation from his peers.
In 2002 Darren finally won his MO Award for most Versatile Variety Performer of the Year “beating” other outstanding performers such as the brilliant Ray Crowe.
Darren is described by many as being as good as the legendary David Strassman.
