One of Melbourne's most popular Corporate, Hotel and Functions band is the Di Faulkner Band. Di Faulkner, heads her five piece band, the line up of Keyboards, Bass, Drums and Guitar combines the talent of some of the finest musicians in the country.
The band can be expanded with one or up to four front line players (saxophones, trumpets and trombone).
Over the past 10 years the band have been selected to play at some of the most prestigious functions held at the Hyatt On Collins, Regent, Southern Cross, Hilton and the World Congress Centre. This versatile band also plays for Debutante Balls, Mayoral Functions.
Diane herself over the years has been a regular TV performer, invited to sing for Prince Charles and Princess Diana at the Lord Mayors Ball, the Pope at the M.C.G. and to sing Advance Australia Fair at the Victorian Government Australia Day celebration televised on the steps of Parliament House 1993. Diane also sang the television theme for and judged on the panel of the A.B.C's "That's Dancin" and has performed as a support artist for many international acts.
In 2003, Di was asked to record a vocal track for the feature film “Strange Bbedfellows” staring Michael Caton and Paul Hogan.
