THE GATEKEEPERS is a high impact, totally interactive and rapid paced experiential learning adventure. Each participant is invited to call upon all their interpersonal skills...TO GET PAST THE GATEKEEPERS
From the opening moments of the facilitation, the audience can’t help but be captivated by the challenge, it’s medieval theme and the costuming provided.
THE TASK
Once the participants have been thoroughly briefed on the task ahead of them, they are invited to take up this challenge using all their skills to approach one of the seven GATEKEEPERS. If they utilise all the resources provided and have some success, they progress to the first of seven levels.
When participants are faced with pressures that have clear parallels to the real world such as competition, time limits, distractions and an over-emphasis on recognition, their effectiveness is invariably impaired. Under these simulated pressures individuals tend to lose focus and regret it later in the facilitation.

Each participant walks away from the facilitation with a new found appreciation of why every customer, team mate or associate functions differently. They will be equipped with a working knowledge of how to recognise each of the seven primary drives in the first sixty seconds of any future encounter. At the end of the facilitation, participants will be furnished with a working knowledge that allows them to COMMUNICATE at significantly enhanced levels.

MANAGERS
Will quickly realise that their staff do not all think like them. They will immediately see how each style of personality is driven by different emotional priorities and they will be able to supervise, negotiate and direct them far more effectively.
SALESPEOPLE
Will see how they can identify the personality style of their prospect/client within the first sixty seconds of an encounter and deal with them appropriately. This new skill will allow them to open, present and close far more sales.
TEAM MATES
